Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine soup, onion, celery, carrots, water, thyme, and pepper.
  3. Pour soup mixture over chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  5. Shred chicken with two forks before serving.
