An easy Weight Watchers friendly slow cooker recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine soup, onion, celery, carrots, water, thyme, and pepper.
- Pour soup mixture over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Shred chicken with two forks before serving.
