A delicious and easy-to-make dessert dip inspired by TWIX candy bars, perfect for parties or a sweet treat.

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (13.4 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup shortbread cookies, crushed
- Assorted dippers (pretzels, apple slices, graham crackers, etc.)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto the bottom of a serving dish.
- Warm the caramel topping slightly in the microwave (about 15-30 seconds) until pourable. Pour the warm caramel over the cream cheese layer.
- Melt the milk chocolate chips according to package directions. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the caramel layer.
- Sprinkle the crushed shortbread cookies over the chocolate layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the dip to set.
- Serve with assorted dippers.
Notes
- For best results, use full-fat cream cheese.
- You can adjust the amount of caramel and chocolate to your liking.
- If the dip is too thick, you can thin it with a tablespoon of milk.
- Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
