A simple no-bake pie with a creamy strawberry filling and a graham cracker crust.
Ingredients

- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and chill until thickened.
- Stir thawed whipped topping into the thickened gelatin mixture.
- Fold in sliced strawberries.
- Pour filling into the graham cracker crust.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Notes
- For a firmer pie, you can add an extra teaspoon of gelatin.
- Garnish with additional sliced strawberries before serving.
