Ingredients

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
- Place steak in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
- Pour marinade over steak, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for best results.
- Remove steak from marinade and cook as desired.
Notes
- For thicker cuts of steak, marinate longer.
- Discard any leftover marinade that has come into contact with raw meat.
- This marinade works well with beef, pork, or chicken.
