Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
