Instructions
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into 1-inch chunks.
- Place the sweet potato chunks in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the sweet potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Stir to coat the sweet potatoes evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until tender.
- Serve warm.
