- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- Optional: Fresh peach slices for garnish
Instructions
- Dissolve peach gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and chill until slightly thickened.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in vanilla extract and milk until well combined.
- Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the thickened gelatin.
- Pour into individual serving dishes or a single serving bowl.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Garnish with fresh peach slices if desired.
Notes
- For a firmer set, use slightly less cold water.
- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
