Instructions

- If using, add grilled chicken breast.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently to coat all ingredients.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese and sunflower seeds.
- Serve immediately.
