- 16 ounces whipped topping, divided
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread this mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Arrange a layer of sliced strawberries over the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread pudding over the strawberries.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.
