Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add rolled oats and mix well to coat.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper.
  6. Let the cookies cool and set completely.
