- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and milk until smooth.
- Stir in the jalapeño juice, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

- Adjust the amount of jalapeño juice for desired spiciness.
- You can use regular jalapeño juice from a jar.
