  • 1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, chilled

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lime gelatin: Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Pour into a 9×13 inch pan. Chill until firm.
  2. Prepare the cherry gelatin: Dissolve cherry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.
  3. Prepare the orange gelatin: Dissolve orange gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.
  4. Prepare the lemon gelatin: Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.
  5. Cut the firm lime gelatin into 1/2 inch cubes.
  6. Layer the gelatins: Pour the slightly thickened cherry gelatin over the lime gelatin cubes. Gently swirl.
  7. Pour the slightly thickened orange gelatin over the cherry gelatin. Gently swirl.
  8. Pour the slightly thickened lemon gelatin over the orange gelatin. Gently swirl.
  9. Pour the chilled evaporated milk evenly over the top layer.
  10. Chill until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Cut into squares before serving.
