- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.
- Pour the herb mixture over the fish, ensuring each fillet is coated.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh herbs for dried herbs. Use about 1 tablespoon of each fresh herb.
- Add sliced tomatoes or olives to the baking dish for extra flavor.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes like roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
