Instructions

- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour glaze over cooled brownies and spread evenly. Let glaze set before cutting into squares.
