A creamy and savory crab dip inspired by Joe’s Crab Shack.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 12 oz lump crab meat, drained
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Gently fold in the drained lump crab meat.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped parsley over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden brown on top.
- Serve hot with your favorite crackers or bread.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- If you don’t have lump crab meat, imitation crab can be used, but the flavor will be different.
- You can prepare the dip ahead of time and bake it just before serving.
