Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Combine watermelon, strawberries, cucumber, mint, lime juice, and honey (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing to extract all liquid.
- Stir in the coconut water.
- Chill thoroughly before serving.
- Serve over ice with optional fruit garnishes.

- For a fizzy punch, substitute coconut water with sparkling water.
