- 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 1 pound sliced deli ham
- 1 pound sliced deli turkey
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, bell pepper, red onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
- Layer slices of ham and turkey over the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
- Before serving, unwrap the tortillas and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter.
