Description
A creamy and refreshing parfait inspired by the classic Grasshopper cocktail.
Ingredients

- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup green crème de menthe
- 2 tablespoons white crème de cacao
- 1 container (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate wafer cookies
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the milk, crème de menthe, and crème de cacao.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spoon 1/3 of the cookie crumbs into a 2-quart serving bowl or individual parfait glasses.
- Layer with 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Adjust the amount of liqueurs to your taste.
