- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
- In a large bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and lightly browned.
- Serve hot.
