Delicious garlic butter bacon rollups, perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 pound bacon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut bacon slices in half.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and black pepper.
- Dip each bacon half into the garlic butter mixture, coating evenly.
- Roll up each coated bacon half.
- Place the rolled bacon seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bacon is cooked through and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
- These can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
