Description

Simple and tasty fried noodles you can make at home.


Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion and stir-fry until softened.
  4. Add carrot and cabbage and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  7. Toss everything together to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot.
