Description
Simple and tasty fried noodles you can make at home.
Ingredients

- 200g noodles
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and stir-fry until softened.
- Add carrot and cabbage and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Toss everything together to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add your favorite protein like chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
- Adjust the sauces to your preference.
