  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Fruit Salad:
  2. Combine all fruits in a large bowl.
  3. Pour orange juice over the fruit and gently toss.
  4. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
  5. Chocolate Mousse:
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. Fold melted chocolate into the whipped cream until combined.
