Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded or diced chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, dill, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
