- 2 English muffins, split
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 2 large eggs
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the English muffin halves on a baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each muffin half.
- Crack one egg into the center of each muffin half.
- Sprinkle bacon crumbles and cheddar cheese over the eggs.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
