Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag Doritos, crushed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  3. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, olives, and red onion.
  4. Add the seasoned ground beef to the vegetable mixture.
  5. Just before serving, add the crushed Doritos, sour cream, and salsa. Toss to combine.
