- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread.
- Arrange cucumber slices on four of the bread slices.
- Top with the remaining four bread slices, cream-cheese side down.
- Cut each sandwich into four triangles or fingers.
