Ingredients

- 4 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed peas, mayonnaise, red onion, and celery.
- Gently stir in the crumbled bacon and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can use Greek yogurt instead of some of the mayonnaise.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese for extra flavor.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
