A rich and decadent chocolate cheesecake with a crunchy Oreo crust.
Ingredients

- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and chopped chocolate.
- Pour filling over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use full-fat cream cheese.
- Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for smooth mixing.
- Do not overbake the cheesecake.
