  • 23 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  2. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. With the food processor running, gradually add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the hummus reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl.
  5. Drizzle with additional olive oil before serving.
