Easy and quick chicken Caesar salad wraps perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 4 large lettuce leaves (Romaine or Iceberg)
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: 1 tablespoon croutons
Instructions
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
- If using, add croutons and mix gently.
- Place the chicken mixture onto the center of each lettuce leaf.
- Fold the sides of the lettuce leaf inwards, then roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust the amount of dressing and cheese to your preference.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
