A quick and easy pasta dish featuring rotini, Italian seasoned beef, marinara sauce, and melted Velveeta cheese.

- 1 pound ground Italian beef
- 1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (16 ounce) box rotini pasta
- 1 (8 ounce) box Velveeta cheese, cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground Italian beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and add the cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked rotini pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes to the marinara sauce.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
