Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground Italian beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the marinara sauce and bring to a simmer.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add the cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the cooked rotini pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
