- 2 cups boiling water

Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl.
- Stir in undrained crushed pineapple.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until slightly thickened.
- Fold in grated carrots and chopped walnuts.
