Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning according to package directions.
- In a bowl, combine condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk.
- Add black beans and corn to the ground beef mixture.
- Pour soup mixture over the ground beef mixture and stir to combine.
- Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spoon the ground beef mixture over the tortilla chips.
- Top with remaining crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of ground beef.
- Add your favorite taco toppings like salsa, sour cream, or guacamole after baking.
- Adjust the amount of taco seasoning to your preference.
