This orange chicken recipe uses only four ingredients and is incredibly easy to make, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the orange marmalade, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add the chicken pieces to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Pour the chicken and sauce into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- For crispier chicken, broil for the last 5 minutes.
- Adjust soy sauce to your taste.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions.
