- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Whisk together flour and salt in a bowl.
- Create a well in the center of the flour mixture.
- Crack eggs into the well.
- Mix with a fork until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface.
- Knead dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover dough and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide dough into portions.
- Roll each portion thinly, about 1/16 inch thick.
- Cut dough into desired noodle shapes.
- Cook noodles in boiling salted water for 2-4 minutes, or until tender.
Notes
- You can use a pasta machine to roll and cut the dough.
- Dust cut noodles with flour to prevent sticking.
- Noodles can be dried for later use.
